>To create a Halloween costume, throw on some jeans and a plaid short and stuff the pockets full with straw or shredded raffia. Tie twine of rope around your waist to make a belt. Add a few touches of straw to a hat, gloves and boots. Finish the look with a corn cob pipe and or even a fake crow perched on your shoulder.
